Rescuers hoisted the fuselage from the crashed TransAsia Airways plane from the Keelung River on Wednesday. The rescue teams were searching for 17 people who were still missing, and they pulled 15 survivors from the plane's wreckage.
At least 31 people died after the plane grazed a traffic bridge and crashed into the river. The plane was carrying more than 50 people and was traveling from Taipei Songshan Airport to Kinmen Airport and is the second TransAsia plane to crash in the last year. A motorist's dashboard cam captured a video of the tragic event.
