Is there a single defunct children's cartoon that isn't being rebooted and repackaged for a new generation? Just hours after Disney announced plans to reboot DuckTales, Netflix has unveiled a slate of upcoming children's programs based on older cartoons, including Inspector Gadget and Danger Mouse.
