For those who have everything: An amphibious tank submarine

Yes, this odd vehicle looks like "the kind of creation you'd expect an evil genius to use to escape his private island headquarters after it was overthrown by a top-secret spy," said Andrew Liszewski at Gizmodo. But the Amphibious SubSurface Watercraft ($300,000) is real — albeit "about as far from street legal as you can get." On land, it's propelled by tank treads; drive it straight into a lake and it can reach 6 knots and run for 110 hours on a single charge. Two passengers can ride in the surface cockpit and two more in the submerged acrylic dome that provides 360-degree views of the world under water.
