Waco police recover 1,000 weapons from biker brawl — including AK-47

Police in Waco, Texas, said Wednesday they scooped up around 1,000 weapons following Sunday's fight outside a Twin Peaks restaurant between rival motorcycle gangs that left nine dead and 18 injured.
The weapons ranged from brass knuckles, chains, and knives to an AK-47 assault rifle, according to Waco police spokesman Sergeant Patrick Swanton. Police found one gun in a bag of chips, and uncovered a knife in a bag of flour, Swanton told the Guardian.
About 170 people were charged over the fight with engaging in organized crime involving capital murder. They are each being held on a $1 million bail.
