Another woman in India says an Uber driver sexually assaulted her

A woman is claiming that an Uber driver forcibly kissed her in Gurgaon, India, a New Delhi suburb. The woman's brother, Ankush Pathania, wrote a Facebook post to Uber about the incident:
My sister availed your cab service, last night for Gurgaon & your driver Vinod tried to kiss her forcibly & even after registering complaint with you morons there has been no action, no update form your end. You people are pathetic, you still don't have any mechanism in place. What is making you people wait for so long?? [Facebook]
"Multiple members of the Uber team have spoken with the driver," Quartz reports the company saying in a statement. "Uber has a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behavior and immediate action has already been taken with the driver partner being deactivated while the matter is being thoroughly investigated."
In January, an unnamed New Delhi woman filed a U.S. lawsuit against Uber saying she had been raped by a driver. The case appeared headed toward mediation, PC World reported in April.
