Ben Carson ties Planned Parenthood and Hillary Clinton to eugenics, Nazi Germany

Speaking in an interview on Fox News' Your World with Neil Cavuto, former neurosurgeon and 2016 GOP presidential candidate Ben Carson claimed Planned Parenthood puts abortion clinics in black neighborhoods to "control that population" — and then tied Hillary Clinton to the alleged scheme.
"Maybe I'm not objective when it comes to Planned Parenthood but, you know, I know who Margaret Sanger is," Carson said, referring to the early promoter of birth control and founder of the organization that would go on to become Planned Parenthood.
"I know that she believed in eugenics, and that she was not particularly enamored with black people," Carson continued. "And one of the reasons you find most of their clinics in black neighborhoods is so that you can find a way to control that population."
