If Jeb Bush were trying out for baseball, he might be hard pressed to make a Little League team. When the former Florida governor and Republican presidential candidate threw a "fastball" at the Iowa State Fair Friday, his pitches clocked in at 43 mph and 47 mph. To put that in perspective, Jeb's pitch speeds are on par with a 9-year-old, who throws an average of 44 mph. The typical high school varsity player pitches at 80 mph.
Maybe he can blame the Bud "Heavies" he drank earlier in the day.
