Sheriff's investigators in Los Angeles are expected to present evidence that could lead to a misdemeanor manslaughter charge against Caitlyn Jenner for her involvement in a fatal car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California in February. The evidence will reportedly prove that Jenner was driving her Cadillac Escalade, which was towing an off-road vehicle, in a manner "unsafe for the prevailing road conditions," The New York Times reports.

A 69-year-old woman was killed when Jenner rear-ended her Lexus, pushing it into oncoming traffic, where it was hit head on by a Hummer. The case will be presented for review next week, and the district attorney will ultimately decide the charges Jenner faces.
