In a video released Monday, Donald Trump uses former First Lady Barbara Bush to diss her son Jeb Bush's presidential campaign. The video, posted to Trump's Instagram, strings together clips from a Today interview in April 2013, in which Barbara Bush discourages the idea of a third President Bush.
"I think it's a great country. There are a lot of great families," she says. At this point, the video cuts to a panning shot of Trump's entire family up on stage. Bush continues, "There are a lot of people out there that are very qualified, and we've had enough Bushes." The video closes with the text, "Mother Knows Best Jeb!" and is completed with the caption, "Even Barbara Bush agrees with me."
