Donald Trump may have announced on Wednesday that he won't appear on any Fox News programs, but he revealed on Twitter he's still tuning in at home — and not liking what he hears.

On Wednesday night's The Kelly File, National Review editor Rich Lowry went into very graphic terms to describe how Carly Fiorina did a better job than Trump during last week's CNN Republican debate. "Let's be honest," he said. "Carly cut his balls off with the precision of a surgeon — and he knows it." Host Megyn Kelly looked stunned, and gasped, "What did you just say? You can't say that!"
