Trump wants the FCC to fine Fox News pundit who spoke about his anatomy

Donald Trump may have announced on Wednesday that he won't appear on any Fox News programs, but he revealed on Twitter he's still tuning in at home — and not liking what he hears.

On Wednesday night's The Kelly File, National Review editor Rich Lowry went into very graphic terms to describe how Carly Fiorina did a better job than Trump during last week's CNN Republican debate. "Let's be honest," he said. "Carly cut his balls off with the precision of a surgeon — and he knows it." Host Megyn Kelly looked stunned, and gasped, "What did you just say? You can't say that!"
