Rand Paul thinks Marco Rubio and Hillary Clinton are 'the same person' on foreign policy

What's the difference between Hillary Clinton and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.)? Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) swears he can't tell, at least when it comes to their foreign policy decisions, he said Sunday on CNN's State of the Union.
"I see her and Rubio as being the same person. They both want a no-fly zone. They both have supported activity in Libya, the war in Libya that toppled [Moammar] Gadhafi, an intervention that made us less safe," Paul told host Jake Tapper. "They both have supported the Iraq war, so, I mean, what's the difference?"
