For those who have everything: Whiskey Advent calendar

"No matter how old we get, it never gets old counting down the days to Christmas," said a HiConsumption editorial — especially with a Drinks by the Dram Advent Calendar ($130). Every year since 2012, Drinks by the Dram has packaged a selection of two dozen whiskey samples, meant to be discovered and enjoyed one at a time at the end of every day leading up to the holiday. The concept has worked so well that a $1,200 version is now available, and gin, vodka, mescal, and cognac drinkers can get in on the tradition, too. None of the samples are cut-rate either. "This is top-notch, nearly-impossible-to-find stuff we're talking about."
