Watch Steve Harvey name the wrong contestant as Miss Universe

Survey says, you messed up: On Sunday night, Steve Harvey made the mistake that every host dreads when he mixed up the names of the winner and the first runner-up at the Miss Universe pageant.

Harvey first declared Ariadna Gutierrez Arevalo from Colombia the winner, but then had to explain that the title actually belonged to Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach of the Philippines. The Family Feud and Steve Harvey Show host apologized and said he took full responsibility for not reading his cue card right. After his retraction, both Arevalo and Wurtzbach looked astonished, and the crown was awkwardly removed from Arevalo's head and placed on Wurtzbach's. Watch the cringe-inducing video below.
