These striking photos capture the flooding damage in Missouri
Floodwater in Missouri and throughout the South has led to at least 31 deaths over the last few days, Reuters reported Sunday. When Gov. Jay Nixon (D) surveyed the damage Saturday, he said, "It's almost as if you're living on some other planet."
