Bernie Sanders now has a double-digit lead on Hillary Clinton in New Hampshire

In a big reversal from November, Bernie Sanders is now leading Hillary Clinton by double digits in New Hampshire. A Monmouth University poll out Tuesday finds the Vermont senator ahead of Clinton by 14 points, 53 percent to Clinton's 39 percent, one month ahead of the state's Feb. 9 primary. Just a couple months ago in November's Monmouth poll, Clinton and Sanders were virtually neck-and-neck, with Clinton only a few points ahead of Sanders, 48 percent to 45 percent.
New Hampshire voters seem pretty certain they've made up their minds, too. A majority of New Hampshire voters — 52 percent — say they've made their final decision of who they'll vote for in the primary. Moreover, while 55 percent of Sanders' supporters say they're sure about their choice, only 49 percent of Clinton's supporters stay the same.
Tuesday's Monmouth University poll marks the second poll this month in which Sanders claims a double-digit lead over Clinton in the Granite State. A Real Clear Politics average of polls — which has yet to include the latest Monmouth poll's massive Sanders lead — averages that Sanders leads Clinton by roughly 4.3 points in New Hampshire.
