As the nation's capital and the rest of the East Coast buckles down for blizzard conditions this weekend, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) is livestreaming the action from his Capitol balcony — complete with some upbeat music:

D.C. anticipates as much as 20 to 30 inches of snow over the weekend, and Ryan says he plans to keep his livestream up and running for the storm's duration.
