Actor Deon Cole has come up with a surefire way to fix the Academy Awards diversity problem — just add a whole bunch of new, niche categories.

Before he shared his suggestions on Conan, Cole offered his congratulations to "all the white people who were nominated for an Oscar. And if you didn't get a nomination, you must really suck." Cole then presented his proposals for new Academy Award categories, including but not limited to: "Best Performance by Anyone Named Denzel," "Best Rap Song Not Written by Macklemore," and "Best Supporting Actor in a Holiday Film Where Taye Diggs Wears a Sweater."
