Ted Cruz projected winner in Iowa

With 99 percent of the precincts reporting, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is projected to win over Donald Trump in the Iowa Republican caucuses. Cruz is ahead of Trump by more than 5,100 votes at 28 percent; the billionaire businessman has 24 percent, and Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida is in third with 23 percent.
