After Nevada GOP caucus, Matt Drudge declares Donald Trump 'the nominee'
Donald Trump is the projected winner of the Nevada Republican caucus, his third straight solid victory in the GOP presidential race. Even before the caucus was over, The Washington Post's Chris Cillizza was picking out Trump's running mate — Sarah Palin? Really? — but after Trump's win, the Drudge Report called the race. "There has been little doubt for months," Matt Drudge tweeted out Tuesday night, "AND ZERO DOUBT TONIGHT!"
Well, this may be the Republican establishment's worst nightmare, but at least somebody's excited.
