Marco Rubio projected to win Minnesota Republican caucus

Marco Rubio has won the Republican caucus in Minnesota, his first victory in the 2016 race. With 100 percent of precincts reporting, Rubio has 37 percent of the vote, followed by Ted Cruz with 29 percent, Donald Trump with 21 percent, Ben Carson with 7 percent, and John Kasich with 6 percent.
