Watch Ben Carson remain ridiculously calm as he responds to all the 'haters'

Ben Carson hits back at all the "haters" without once straying from his inside voice in a new video out Wednesday aptly titled, "Dear Haters."
"A message to the haters that this is America," the retired neurosurgeon says over classical music. "Sometimes you're going to face opposition, and sometimes you're going to find people with whom you disagree. But what good does it do to hate that person? To try to destroy that person?"
After a poor performance on Super Tuesday, Carson is facing increased pressure to drop out of the GOP primaries. Carson, however, insists he will continue his campaign and push for increased "civility" between candidates in the race.
