There will be some instant polls of Thursday night's Republican presidential debate in Detroit, and in many of these online polls, Donald Trump wins. Republican opinion collector Frank Luntz does a focus group of local registered Republicans during these debates, and on Thursday night, the decision wasn't close:
Ohio Gov. John Kasich, leading the pack with 18 votes — versus 6 for Ted Cruz, 1 for Donald Trump, and zero for Marco Rubio — also got the least speaking time. So maybe the Republican viewers just didn't like the debate.
