Kesha appeals Sony contract decision

Pop star Kesha filed an appeal Friday to a judge's February decision to not release her from her Sony recording contract, BuzzFeed News reports. She had requested an injunction, alleging that producer Dr. Luke had raped and abused her.
Kesha has argued that forcing her to make records with Sony even without Dr. Luke's involvement would cause her irreparable harm.
Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, has denied the allegations.
