Bernie Sanders supporters totally freaked out when a bird landed on his lectern

A crowd of Portlanders was already feeling the Bern on Friday, but when a bird landed on Bernie Sanders' lectern, the scene in Oregon got considerably more wild:
"I think there may be some symbolism here," Sanders said. "I know it doesn't look like it, but that bird is really a dove asking us for world peace. No more wars."
In truth, the bird was a female house finch, according to the Audubon Society.
