Three of the four teams in the NCAA women's basketball tournament semifinals had never played in the Final Four before. Only one of them, Syracuse, will play in the finals, after the Orange beat Washington, 80-59, and Connecticut beat first-timer Oregon State, 80-51, on Sunday. When Syracuse plays UConn on Tuesday in Indianapolis, the Huskies will be playing for their fourth straight NCAA national title and their 11th overall, which would set a record. With Sunday's win, UConn has won 74 straight games, and a record 23 NCAA tournament games.
