John Kasich's chance of winning the Republican nomination is so slim that Donald Trump hasn't even deigned to give him a nickname. And while Kasich has been his usually optimistic self over the course of the last few weeks, it seems as if comments about his brutal losing streak are finally beginning to get under his skin.
On Saturday, Kasich was reinforcing his belief that he will win the Republican nomination when The Financial Times' Demetri Sevastopulo interrupted to ask suggestively, "If you've only won Ohio..."
