Seth Meyers revives a dead SNL sketch

Occasionally on Late Night, Seth Meyers resuscitates one of the sketches cut from Saturday Night Live while he was a writer there. "Some are cut unfairly, and some, like tonight's, were cut for cause," he said in introducing "Wanna Come With?" — a skit that centers on the awkwardness of after-work drinks, "featuring the Second Chance Players, special guests Kenan Thompson and Greta Gerwig, and starring Andy Samberg's hair from 2006." It's one of those SNL skits that relies on repetition and goofiness for its comedy, and it has both ingredients. Samberg will make you laugh — he certainly made Meyers break character — but yeah, you can see why it didn't make the cut. Watch below. Peter Weber
