Soon-to-be former British Prime Minister David Cameron doesn't seem too sad to see himself go. Just seconds after announcing that his resignation would be effective Wednesday, when Home Secretary Theresa May will take over as Britain's next prime minister, Cameron was caught humming a little ditty.
