Moments after walking onstage during the Republican National Convention, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke announced that he is certain of one thing: "Blue lives matter in America."
Clarke, who received a standing ovation, went on to say that the United States "can't be great if we don't feel safe" and the Black Lives Matter movement "violates the code of conduct we rely on. I call it anarchy."
