Watch Michael Phelps, Jimmy Fallon go for the gold during Egg Russian Roulette

Michael Phelps isn't apprehensive in the pool, but put him on The Tonight Show stage for a game of Egg Russian Roulette, and he's a bundle of nerves.

To play, Phelps and host Jimmy Fallon took turns selecting eggs (all of which were decorated to look like American swimmers) and then smashed them against their heads, hoping they were cooked and not raw. Phelps may be the greatest Olympian of all time, but he wasn't that great at selecting eggs — watch the video below to see just how messy things got. Catherine Garcia
