Clinton, who brought joy to the hearts of many when he pranced around the stage chasing balloons at the end of the Democratic convention in July, was clearly delighted by the gift. "When I saw the film of the end of the convention, I realized it more than anybody else, I was there playing with the balloons and they were going to have to hook me off the stage," Clinton said. "I thought, you know, I really am in my second childhood."
