Hillary Clinton has called Donald Trump to concede the election and congratulate him, CNN's Dana Bash reports. Earlier in the evening, John Podesta told Clinton's election night rally that the campaign would not make a statement tonight; Clinton did not leave her hotel to address the crowd. In the meantime, tight races like that in Pennsylvania pushed Donald Trump over the requisite number of Electoral College votes. As of 2:45 a.m. ET, The New York Times showed Trump at 279 Electoral College votes to Clinton's 218, with a small handful of states remaining.
