A Sarasota, Florida, nurse who was hoping to have a quiet breakfast at a McDonald's late last month ended up delivering a baby in the restaurant's bathroom. April Jones was dining with her mom when she heard a scream from the women's room. She rushed in and found Sean Jordan and his wife, Cathy, whose umbilical cord was wrapped around her newborn's neck. Jones calmly loosened the cord, and welcomed baby boy Parker to the world before the paramedics even arrived. "To hear the baby breathe," said new dad Sean, "was the best feeling."
