Tropical Storm Maria has formed in the Atlantic, and could be a major hurricane by Wednesday, threatening areas like the Leeward Islands, Puerto Rico, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic, which are already reeling from Hurricane Irma. Meanwhile, Hurricane Jose continued to linger off the southeast coast of the United States on Saturday, but forecasters worry it could take aim at the East Coast later in the week.
