President Trump said on Wednesday he is "looking forward" to speaking under oath with Special Counsel Robert Mueller as part of his investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.
Speaking to reporters as he prepared to leave for the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Trump said the interview could come in "two or three weeks," and declared "there's been no collusion whatsoever. There's no obstruction whatsoever."
Based on recent news that Attorney General Jeff Sessions was interviewed by Mueller's team last week and former FBI Director James Comey was questioned last year, legal experts told CNN that Mueller's team appears to be increasing its focus on whether Trump or any of his aides have attempted to obstruct the Russia probe.
