The '90s classic game show Double Dare is back, with some blasts from the past competing

Nickelodeon is fully embracing the '90s, bringing back Double Dare and inviting Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell to compete on the game show.
Double Dare pits two teams against each other, with players answering trivia questions and participating in physical challenges. The rebooted show premiered Monday with a new host — actress Liza Koshy — but original host Marc Summers was there, too, providing color commentary during the challenges.
Thompson has been on Saturday Night Live for years, but he spent his childhood on Nick, starring alongside Mitchell on All That and Kenan & Kel, plus in the movie Good Burger. Entertainment Weekly broke the news of their Double Dare reunion, with Mitchell saying he was "so excited" for a "whole new generation of kids to experience this iconic game show."

Thompson and Mitchell filmed their episode Monday, joined by former All That co-star Lori Beth Denberg, but it won't air until later this summer. Nickelodeon, don't let this be the only special episode — the people want to see Pete versus Pete, Clarissa against Ferguson, and Alex Mack take on Shelby Woo.
