GOP Sen. Jeff Flake admits he wouldn't demand the FBI's Kavanaugh probe were he seeking re-election
Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) was instrumental in ensuring the FBI would investigate the sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh — and that was only possible, Flake admitted on Sunday night's 60 Minutes, because he's retiring from the Senate.
"Sen. Flake, you've announced that you're not running for re-election, and I wonder, could you have done this, if you were running for re-election?" asked CBS host Scott Pelley.
