Former President Barack Obama spent his Wednesday spreading holiday cheer through the halls of Washington Children's National Health System.

Decked out in a Santa hat and carrying a sack of gifts, Obama greeted patients, nurses, and doctors by saying, "Ho, ho, ho, Merry Christmas." He joked that his "reindeer were stuck in some snow," and he "wanted to make sure I made the trip and had the chance to see all of you guys."
