Cohen testifies that Trump is involved in another undisclosed 'illegal act' — but he can't discuss it because it's under investigation

Michael Cohen said during his congressional testimony that he knows about more alleged illegal acts involving President Trump but can't talk about them because they're under investigation.
Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-Ill.) asked Cohen on Wednesday when he last communicated with Trump or someone acting on his behalf. Cohen revealed that he did so within two months of his office being raided last August, but he said he can't discuss the conversation because it's being investigated by the Southern District of New York. "I've been asked by them not to talk about these issues," he said.
Krishnamoorthi followed up by asking, "Is there any other wrongdoing or illegal act that you are aware of regarding Donald Trump that we haven't yet discussed today?" Cohen responded, "Yes, and those are part of the investigation that's currently being looked at by the Southern District of New York." Watch the exchange below. Brendan Morrow
