A top aide to U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May lay down underneath President Trump's armored car on Tuesday, causing what NBC News is calling a "huge security issue."
Larry, the mononymous chief mouser at 10 Downing Street, settled himself below "The Beast" during Trump's Tuesday visit with May and refused to move. One report even indicated Larry tried to get in the heavily secured vehicle, delaying Trump's departure and exposing a serious weakness in the Secret Service's presidential protection.
It's unclear what form of protest Larry was undertaking, though it's possible he was just protesting the rain. Seeing as his official duties include "inspecting security defenses" at the prime minister's home and office, there's also a chance Larry was just ensuring The Beast was up to snuff.
