Actor Matthew McConaughey will spend the fall in Austin, teaching at the University of Texas' Department of Radio-Television-Film. The Oscar winner has been a visiting instructor there since 2015, and the university said in a statement on Wednesday he's done "outstanding work as a teacher and mentor."
McConaughey will teach a film production course that covers everything from writing a script to getting it on screen. He received his degree in film from the university in 1993.
