And in Louisville, Kentucky, where 26-year-old Breonna Taylor was fatally shot by police in her apartment last year:

"Tears of joy, so emotional," Floyd's brother, Rodney, told MSNBC of his personal response to the verdict. "This right here is for everyone that's been in this situation, everybody, everybody."
