BAD DAY FOR: Losing your cellphone, as AT&T said it is leaving the public pay phone business by the end of next year. Cellphones and wireless devices have cut pay phone usage and profitability, the company said. AT&T, which has been in the pay phone business for 129 years, operates 65,000 coin-op phones in 13 states. Its departure leaves Verizon as the last large pay phone operator. (CNN)
