Two and a Half Men is finally ending
After 12 seasons and countless jokes about bad sex and alcoholism, CBS' Two and a Half Men will finally come to an end in the 2014-2015 television season.
Since its debut in 2003, Two and a Half Men has proven to be one of the most resilient sitcoms in history. The series managed to survive the departures of one and a half of its cast members: Charlie Sheen, who was fired for "dangerously self-destructive conduct" in 2011, and Angus T. Jones, who called the show "filth" and asked people to stop watching.
They didn't; though Two and a Half Men's ratings have declined, the additions of Ashton Kutcher and Amber Tamblyn were enough to help the series wheeze past 250 episodes. If you're sad that the long-running sitcom is coming to an end, don't worry; it will undoubtedly play for all eternity in syndication.
