At the end of a half-hour propaganda video Islamic State's Al Furqan media production unit released online Sunday, militants in two parts of Libya behead or shoot dozens of people they say are Ethiopian Christians. The earlier parts of the video appear to be filmed in Iraq and Syria, providing new evidence that Islamist militants in Libya have been accepted as part of ISIS by the group's leadership. The video's authenticity hasn't been verified, The New York Times notes, but the production quality is similar to other ISIS videos.
