Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) crafted an analogy Wednesday that made it crystal clear just how out-of-this-world he thinks Donald Trump's claims of a "rigged" election are. "Look, to say that elections are rigged and all these votes are stolen, that's like saying we never landed on the moon, frankly, that's how silly it is," the former Republican presidential primary candidate told CBS.

Aside from being silly, Kasich said Trump's claims are potentially harmful "for our country, for our democracy." Kasich said that while he doesn't "believe we have any massive fraud," he is concerned about the faction of Americans who do think so. "The problem is it does create doubt in people's minds, and I worry about 25 percent of Americans who can say when an election was over it was stolen," Kasich said. "That is a big, fat joke."
