More than 65,000 people are following a new Instagram project that tells us what we don't want to know – how many calories are in our favourite sinful snacks.
Calorie Brands retouches photos of junk food to replace their normal label with their total calorie count.
The results are sobering to anyone with a sweet tooth. "An entire bag of Oreos contains all of the daily recommended calories for an average adult, plus more fat than anyone really needs to consume in a 24-hour period," notes Sploid.
