Revealed: worst place to live in the UK

Peterborough has been voted as the worst place to live in the UK, closely followed by Huddersfield and Liverpool. The list of Britain’s top 50 worst towns was compiled by the comedy website I Live Here, which says of Peterborough: “You feel totally isolated from the rest of the world and life in general, as though everything else is going on and you’re not part of it as you’re stuck in this dump.”

Student embarrassed by Zoom username

A student says she was “mortified” when she noticed during an online interview that her Zoom username was “Quiztina Aguilera”. Maisie Smith was midway through being interviewed for a dream spot at the University of Manchester when she spotted that her username was still set as it had been for an online quiz some time earlier. However, she still got an offer to take her place at the university in September.

‘Dead’ Bond girl still alive

Tanya Roberts, the Bond girl and star of Charlie’s Angels, is still alive after reports said she died on Sunday. Despite the flood of tributes prompted by the false news, the star of View To A Kill remains alive, albeit in a serious condition, in hospital in Los Angeles.
