A UFO that thrilled onlookers in southern Florida and the Bahamas has been confirmed to have been the test firing of a ballistic missile from a NATO submarine. Thousands posted on social media, speculating that what they had seen was a “comet”, “asteroid” or “UFO”. However, a meteorologist confirmed that it was a Trident-II SLBM Missile Test released from a submarine off the coast of the “sunshine state”.

Professor lectures for two hours on mute
A professor has been left red-faced after spending two hours lecturing his students before realising that his microphone had been muted the entire time. Dong Wang, an associate Maths professor at the National University of Singapore, only learned he had been talking to himself when he called for questions towards the end of the online class. “Students tried all sorts of things to get his attention by unmuting and even calling his phone number,” one of his pupils said.
