If you’ve ever suspected that the private life of your therapist is a hot mess, here’s confirmation. This new reality series follows a trio of Los Angeles therapists—including a life coach overwhelmed by the needs of her four young children and a relationship counselor struggling in her own marriage—as they try to practice at home what they preach in the office. All three at least seem better adjusted than their patients, who include a homophobic twin whose brother is gay. Monday, March 4, at 10 p.m., Bravo

This six-episode series focuses on Northern California’s “Emerald Triangle,” the source of most of the state’s crop. If you’ve never caught this breathtaking series, which features flyover views of each of the 50 states, Arizona is a good place to start. Cameras capture the Grand Canyon, storied Tombstone, and other Copper State sights in swooping high-definition aerial views and 360-degree panoramas. Grimm

This fairy-tale detective drama, in which a Portland, Ore., cop hunts creatures from myth who’ve assumed human form,has won a solid following. After a four-month hiatus, the series picks up as Detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) discovers that his boss and friend is a half-beast with whom he is compelled to do battle. Friday, March 8, at 9 p.m., NBC
